You will have to change Caesar3.ini to change the drive it is looking at, but that is not complicated. I copied it on to a flash drive and put it on my computer and mapped it as a network drive.

If you don't have a CD drive, then you will be pleased to know that the Caesar 3 disc has no copy protection and Caesar 3 is not picky about what kind of drive the CD information is on. Hearing the Legion order sound repeat endlessly gave me a headache. There is a glitch where voices and music endlessly loop, but there is a fix called Indirect Sound to correct it.

It is stable, but you can't minimize without using ctrl alt delete. I run my CD copy of Caesar 3 on my Windows 10 laptop.
